What was the highlight of Bougainvilla Cottages

The perfect spot to explore El Nido

Bougainvilla is small but beautiful. The staff were really helpful. They gave us rides into town whenever we wanted and even helped us to organise our ferry travel to Coron. The location was peaceful and only a short(ish) walk into town. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of tasty options and big portions.

A cozy place to stay

There is provided tricycle to fetch you out and back to town. During the stay was the so cozy and relaxing, especially every morning you slide open the door, the pool were just infornt of you.

A nice 10 minute walk into the center of El Nido. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were always very helpful. The breakfast in the morning and as always very nice and plentiful!

Very nice hotel

Very clean and spacious room / toilet. Staff was super nice and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was great!! You can choose different things and they prepare everything for you. Swimming pool was also good, with some shade and some sunny areas in case you want to tan. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Location is a bit tricky, far away from city center and not a nice area to walk as there is lots of dust. The hotel has one tricycle that will give you a free ride near the city center, but after 10pm it’s not available anymore. You can try to ask some other tricycle drivers in the city center, not all of them accept to go to this area, and if they do you pay around 100PHP. Apart from this, everything was perfect in our stay.

Cool / quiet spot in El Nido

The interior, the location, pretty much everything was a 5/5. Walk from town is not bad at all (7min max) if tricycles are not there, however those were available pretty much all the time. The food was really nice. The staff helped us to organise a tour A, which is a must to do! I would say looking at other accommodations - we were lucky to stay at such a great place.

Bougainvilla Cottages felt like coming "home" each day - the room was inviting and private, the guests and staff were pleasant, very helpful with arranging travel, and very friendly, the pool area a delight. Breakfast felt communal but not imposing. For a solo traveller it was a perfect place to spend a day relaxing by the pool or come home to after exploring all that El Nido has to offer.

The room was very nice, the place is very cozy, it almost feels like home. The staff is very nice, especially in the reception. They will help you and make your stay easier in el nido.

The road to the villas is a little bit “bumpy”, mas it was worth it

Nice hotel, but too far

The room was nice, delicious breakfast, beautiful hotel.

Location is far from El Nido town. The hotel provides tricycle for drop off and pick up service. But it's not really convenient. Few times we had to walk to the hotel, because we had to wait too long for the tricycle.

Wonderful

Amazing staff, very friendly, honest and caring. Pickup from the beach to hotel. Great idea and very good service. Quite, cosy hotel. Rooms are really nice and well decorated. Each room has terrace at entrance of the room.

Very poor breakfast choise especially for vegetarians. The road to hotel is not very good but get used to it.
